coming to Surfside. An opportunity came along to sell and they did and moved to
Belize to semi retire. They arrived June 4th, 2005 on a private charter with
their dog and five cats. They had purchased their property in December 2004
and had a small guest cottage built which they moved into when they arrived.
Over the next year plus they constructed a beautiful thatched roof home along
with a pool, bar, cookout area and another guest cottage. They will open soon
under the name CASA AT Last as a very small intimate resort for couples only.
The resort will accommodate no more than 4 couples on the 6 acres of land on the
lagoon utilizing their buildings and their neighbors buildings (The Turner's) which
consists of two new Palapas
